It all starts with you. Providing Pantone (PMS) numbers for each color in your design is non-negotiable. This gives us an objective, global standard to match.
Step 2: From Chip to Thread – Our Color Library
We maintain an extensive in-house library of thread cones, each matched to common Pantone colors. For exact matches, we work with our thread suppliers to dip-dye batches to your specific PMS code. We don’t guess; we match.
Step 3: The Critical Checkpoint – The Physical Strike-Off
This is where the guarantee is activated. We never proceed to bulk production until you have approved a physical sample label (“strike-off”) under natural light.

- Your written approval on this sample is our contract to replicate it exactly in bulk.

Why Digital Proofs Aren’t Enough for Color:
Screen colors (RGB) are created with light; thread colors (CMYK/spot) are created with dye. They can never match perfectly. Relying on a digital proof for color accuracy is the most common source of disappointment. We insist on the physical sample to bridge this gap.
