Step 2: The Free Digital Proof (Seeing is Believing)
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a digital visual proof. This is a realistic image of what your label will look like. Check the spelling, layout, and overall look. We’ll include a clear quote with all costs.
Step 3: The Physical Sample (The “Sure Thing”)
Before you pay for the full order, we strongly recommend a physical sample (“strike-off”). This is the real deal, woven on our looms. You pay a small sample fee (often credited back on your first bulk order). You get to feel it, bend it, and even wash it. Approve this, and you know exactly what you’ll get in bulk.
Step 4: Production & Peace of Mind
Once you approve the sample and place the bulk order, we handle everything. We’ll send you a production timeline. For first orders, we often provide mid-production photos so you can see your labels being made.
Step 5: Delivery & Delight
We pack your labels neatly, provide a tracking number, and they arrive at your door. You open the package, see the perfect labels, and realize how simple it can be to work with a professional partner.
